In order to expose a counterfeit you don't look for similarities . . . but differences....A counterfeit dollar bill might look genuine . . . but if there is the slightest difference . . . it is a counterfeit. A counterfeit "Bible" like the corrupt Latin Vulgate Version looks like the real thing, but if only one verse is changed . . . it is a counterfeit.
The fact that the counterfeit has 2 ears, 2 eyes, a mouth and a nose doesn't make him the real President Putin. Fingerprints are an infallible way of identification because each person in the stationary earth has different fingerprints.

The Kremlin announced that President Putin and his wife Lyudmila were divorced in April 2014. The one person who could expose the fake very conveniently disappeared.

Because of the Orthodox Faith, the great Russian people have always decried the idea of "Petticoats in Politics," but wives are supposed to be seen with their husbands at Easter–the most important holiday in the Orthodox calendar. Tsar Nicholas II was ruled by his wife and that led to the disaster of the Russian Revolution.

As a vast landlocked nation, the farsighted Tsar knew that his nation was destined to be a great maritime power and easy access to the sea was indispensable. Russia already had access to the sea at Vladivostok in the East, and most importantly, Crimea in the South.
Lenin tried to turn the clock back 300 years and undo all the work of the great Tsar Peter Romanov. It was a DISASTER comparable to George Washington moving the capital from Philadelphia to Washington City.

Thankfully for the cause of world peace, a Russian aircraft flew over the DESTROYER and jammed its radar. The USS Donald Duck turned around and beat a hasty retreat out of the Black Sea.

At a recent G20 Summit in Ankara, Turkey, President Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron spoke face to face with the fake. The main topic of conversation was the recent "terrorist" bombings in Paris, which killed hundreds of people.

Completely omitted from the discussions was the fact that MILLIONS of French men, women, and children have been killed by the 59 nuclear power plants in the country. Radiation respects no borders so the deadly radiation was carried by the winds all over Europe.
All nations should have an annual fingerprint day for their leaders!!
Using doubles or look-alikes is one of the oldest tricks in spying. Mata Hari had a look-alike and Hitler had at least 5 doubles. Therefore, all nations should have an annual fingerprint day in which their leaders are fingerprinted and compared to their previous fingerprints. It would eliminate what is happening in Russia right now.
Only those leaders with something to hide would object as it can be done quickly and painlessly.
It would not eliminate despicable spying but the people would be guaranteed that the people they voted for were still representing them.
